Soccer
is a very physically demanding sport, which means attention
must be paid to teaching these attributes. It must also be
recognized that between the ages of 9 to 15 are a crucial
period in the physical development of a child. This means
that the correct instruction and practice must be given which
will not exceed a childs age-specific capabilities,
but will still successfully train and shape their physicality.
The benefit to a child of such instruction is clear: this
training not only crosses over into other sports, but provides
worthy lessons for their future physical well being.
